Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 July 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Limen. By creating an account, running a scan, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Limen.
1. Who we are
Limen (translimen.io) is operated by Temu AG, a company incorporated in Switzerland (“Limen”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at privacy@limen.io.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Limen. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. The service
Limen analyzes a website you submit and produces an AI-generated report about it. A free scan is available, and a paid unlock provides the full report with all checks and the corresponding fix brief. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.
4. Your account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. Paid features and payment
Paid features are provided as a subscription, billed monthly or yearly, that unlocks the full report with all checks and the fix brief. Prices are shown at checkout, and your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard: cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for. Yearly plans run their full year. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing, you agree to Stripe’s applicable terms. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase unless stated otherwise.
6. No refunds
All payments are final. Limen operates a strict no-refund policy, and payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable mandatory law. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current period: if you cancel a yearly plan, there is no refund of the remaining months — your access simply runs to the end of the paid year.
Because paid access is digital content that is made available to you immediately, you expressly request that we begin performance as soon as you complete your purchase, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal that might otherwise apply (including the 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law).
7. Acceptable use and your responsibilities
You are responsible for the URLs you submit. By submitting any website for a free scan or a paid unlock, you represent and warrant that you own that website or are otherwise authorized to have it scanned and analyzed, and that doing so does not violate any law or any third party’s rights. You are solely responsible if this is not the case.
You agree not to:
- use Limen for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- submit websites you are not authorized to scan;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure;
- reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service or its output except as expressly permitted;
- use automated means to access the service in a way that harms or abuses it; or
- upload or transmit malicious code or unlawful content.
We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.
8. AI-generated content
Reports are generated using automated and AI systems and are provided as is. They may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Limen’s output is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, SEO, or other expert advice. We do not guarantee any particular result, ranking, or outcome from acting on a report. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any output before relying on it.
9. Intellectual property
Limen, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Temu AG and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and the reports you generate for your own purposes, subject to these Terms. You retain any rights you already have in the website data you submit.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limen is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Limen and Temu AG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the service or any report or data it provides.
To the extent liability cannot be fully excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including, under Swiss law, liability for unlawful intent or gross negligence, and any mandatory statutory consumer rights.
12. Termination
You may stop using Limen at any time and permanently delete your account from within the service. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably need to for legal, security, or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of Limen after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and the courts of the Canton of Zurich have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
